Shaju Jose

Shaju Jose is the founder and driving force behind the Joscocare group. His career spans government service, healthcare management, and entrepreneurship across three continents — a breadth of experience that gives Joscocare its distinctively global perspective.

Before relocating to the United Kingdom to pursue postgraduate studies, Shaju served for a decade as an Officer with the Government of India. He subsequently earned an MBA in Marketing and built his professional expertise across both NHS and private healthcare settings in the UK — gaining an inside understanding of what employers in the healthcare sector truly need from an international staffing partner.

In 2013, drawing on this experience, Shaju founded Joscocare in the United Kingdom. Over the following decade, Joscocare UK grew into one of the country’s most trusted and recognised recruitment and staffing agencies in the healthcare sector, achieving multi-million pound turnover and a reputation built on three foundational principles: Quality, Reliability and Client Focus. These values remain the cornerstone of everything the Joscocare group does today.

Shaju established Joscocare GmbH in Frankfurt am Main to bring that same standard of service to Germany — a market he identified as having both a critical and growing need for internationally qualified nursing professionals. Joscocare GmbH benefits directly from the group’s twelve-plus years of UK operational experience, established sourcing infrastructure in India, and rigorous quality control processes.

Beyond Joscocare, Shaju is a serial entrepreneur with a successful track record of business ventures in the United Kingdom, the UAE, and India. Joscocare India, a key pillar of the group, handles candidate sourcing, quality assurance, and ensures that all recruitment processes adhere strictly to the standards Joscocare is committed to — including those required under the GAPA quality seal for fair international nursing recruitment.

Away from the boardroom, Shaju is an accomplished adventure enthusiast. When not building businesses, he can be found trekking at altitude, skydiving, bungee jumping, microlight flying, or paragliding — pursuing the same spirit of pushing boundaries that has defined his professional journey.

At heart, Shaju is a committed humanist. He works tirelessly to support underprivileged sections of society, actively involving himself in and contributing to social causes — reflecting a deeply held belief that business success carries with it a responsibility to give back to the communities from which it draws.
