Anu George is a rising leader in international healthcare recruitment, currently serving as Director of Joscocare India — the operational hub responsible for candidate sourcing, quality assurance, and process compliance across the Joscocare group’s international recruitment activities.

Anu joined Joscocare in 2020 and has progressed rapidly through the organisation, earning her current directorial role through a combination of operational excellence, strategic thinking and a genuine commitment to the candidates she supports. She holds a degree in English Literature, which underpins the clear, empathetic communication that characterises her approach — both with candidates navigating unfamiliar processes and with employer partners across Europe.

Prior to joining Joscocare, Anu gained valuable experience in the recruitment industry, giving her a strong practical foundation in candidate management, compliance, and the realities of international placement. At Joscocare India, she oversees end-to-end sourcing operations, ensures that candidate preparation meets the exacting standards required for Germany’s recognition process, and drives the quality control mechanisms that underpin Joscocare’s GAPA accreditation commitments.

Anu is deeply motivated by the principle of ethical recruitment — placing qualified Indian nursing professionals into roles where they are treated fairly, paid properly and given the opportunity to build lasting careers in Germany and beyond.
